Our skilled estimating team will work with your team from the early phases of the project to look for opportunities to save you money on the project. Often, steel is called out in a way that increases the cost and/or complexity of the design and adds little to no visual or structural value. With the overall customer’s goal in the project, ATM can help you value engineer the steel package to provide the structural and aesthetic designs that the customer was desiring. Our estimating team has hands-on experience in the entire spectrum of the iron work industry, enabling them to effectively value engineer your project for speed, quality, and profitability.Â
Once your project has launched, there will be many processes occurring and the work of multiple trades will be interlinking. Written commitments will inform you of the work to be completed during the following week, proactively notifying all and reducing the need for frequent follow up. You stay up to date, well informed and we all have clear objectives. The job can then run smoothly.
